Citigold Corporation's aim is the establishment of a world-class gold discovery and recovery operation.
Its focus is the rich Charters Towers goldfield in North Queensland and the production of 250,000 ounces of gold per year at a production cost of less than A$200 per ounce through a series of five mines developed in joint ventures.
Citigold Corporation Limited (formerly Charters Towers Gold Mines Limited) has been listed on the Australian Stock Exchange since 1993 and has invested more than A$50 million in establishing the complete infrastructure for resumption of long-term exploration and gold mining at Charters Towers.
