Cancellations made more than Five (5) working days before an event:

A fee of 5% to cover administration and credit card charges will apply to bookings paid by Amex, Diners or Cheque. |

A fee of 3% to cover administration and credit card charges will apply to booking paid by Visa or MasterCard. |
Cancellations made 5 or less working days prior to the event:
Sorry no refunds are available, however you are invited to send an alternative attendee.
