STEM Engagement Officer

We are hiring!  QRC is looking for a STEM Engagement Officer to join its Queensland Minerals and Energy Academy (QMEA) team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Regional Queensland (Mackay or Townsville regions) or Brisbane.

As the QMEA STEM Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the QRC Manager Skills and Education and other QMEA team members.  No two days are the same as you visit schools in regional Queensland to deliver STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) projects, as well as in-school workshops, activities and presentations to engage high school students into STEM pathways into the resources sector. Your experience in the use of digital technologies to support this role will be highly regarded.
