U & D Mining Industry (Australia) Pty Ltd
U&D Mining Industry is a wholly owned subsidiary of U & D Coal Ltd (UND),an unlisted public company with the objective of engaging in the acquisition, exploration, development and operation of coal mines and to supply coal product into the export coal market. The Group is based in Australia and has established a headquarters at Eight Mile Plains in Brisbane.
UND is the owner of the Meteor Downs South Project, which the Mining Lease was granted for in late 2015 and the Company has partnered with Sojitz Corporation for the projects development and operation whereby Sojitz will earn a 50% share in the project through meeting various development milestones.
