ITOCHU Minerals and Energy of Australia (IMEA) is a 100% subsidiary of ITOCHU Corporation, Japan. IMEA holds investment in operating coal mines in Queensland, as well as coal exploration projects.

IMEA also has investments in coal and other commodities in other parts of Australia and Indonesia.

The coal team is based in Brisbane.
