2025 State of the Sector Forum and Lunch
The 2025 QRC State of the Sector Forum and Lunch brought together leaders from across Queensland’s resources sector, government and key stakeholder groups for high-level discussion, sector insights and networking.
The State of the Sector Forum explored the theme “Unearthing opportunity: rebuilding confidence in Queensland’s resources”, with a panel of QRC members and industry stakeholders examining the challenges and opportunities shaping the sector’s future.

The Annual Lunch followed in the Plaza Ballroom, with the Hon David Crisafulli MP, Premier of Queensland and Minister for Veterans, as keynote speaker.
The event also provided the platform for the release of QRC’s annual Economic Contribution Report, highlighting the resources sector’s contribution to Queensland’s economy, jobs, businesses and communities.
