The Integrated Logistics Company (ILC) is an independent, industry-owned supply chain coordination body that supports the effective operation of the Dalrymple Bay Coal Chain — one of Australia’s most important export corridors.
ILC provides specialist services that help stakeholders plan, manage, and improve coal chain performance. These include:
- Supply chain data analytics and performance reporting
- Simulation modelling for system behaviour and scenario testing
- System-wide capacity assessments
- Throughput forecasting and constraint analysis
- Development and implementation of practical improvement initiatives
