Virentia is a specialist rehabilitator and developer of degraded and transitional land. We take on complex rehabilitation and remediation challenges across end-of-life mines, contaminated industrial sites and degraded agricultural land. We originate and acquire projects through bespoke commercial structures that leverage industry capability and align with government requirements, resolving environmental liabilities and creating next-generation industry development opportunities that support regional economic development and employment.
Every project is built on deep engagement with the community and Traditional Owners. Together we agree the outcomes that anchor delivery: final landforms, rehabilitation standards, and the end-use of the land.
Virentia operates across two divisions. Virentia Rehab acquires end-of-life mines and contaminated industrial sites, delivering regulator-grade closure. Virentia ReGen develops post-rehab and degraded land into biofuels, energy, natural capital and property. Together they turn liability into de-risked asset, and asset into next-generation industry.
